Cocina Castellana was certainly one of the very best of several European food and wine tours we've done. Suzanne and Marcos, the tour leaders, were gracious and knowledgeable. The cooking lessons and the food were wonderful.The itinerary was well-designed: Segovia itself was fascinating,and the visits with artists and countryside excursions were interesting.We had a great time and learned a lot about Spanish food and culture. We highly recommend this trip.
