
Our culinary
headquarters is the ample kitchen of La Matita, originally a
country mansion and now a rustic restaurant in the Castilian
pueblo of Collado Hermoso - only a fifteen minute ride from Segovia
via our private mini-bus. In four full days of cooking
lessons, the group of participants(maximum eight) will be
led step-by-step through the theory and practice of the preparation
of Spain's memorable dishes. Each day's class includes a four-course
meal with appropriate wines, and is enhanced by the delightful
commentary of the brothers Pepe and Primi Martin, owners of La
Matita and our expert chef and maitre.
